Refund/Return Policy
- Standard returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover our costs for inspecting, preparing certification reports, and packing/shipping the order.
- Custom orders and products with laser-engraved company logos are not eligible for return. Please contact our sales team to discuss any specific situations.
- To maintain our reputation for quality and excellence, we ask that returned items arrive in like-new condition. Please ensure careful packaging and contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping back any items.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be canceled until work commences or payment has been processed, whichever comes first.
- The buyer is responsible for payment on all orders canceled after processing or commencement.
