    • Custom orders and products with laser-engraved company logos are not eligible for return. Please contact our sales team to discuss any specific situations.
    • To maintain our reputation for quality and excellence, we ask that returned items arrive in like-new condition. Please ensure careful packaging and contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping back any items.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Orders may be canceled until work commences or payment has been processed, whichever comes first.
    • The buyer is responsible for payment on all orders canceled after processing or commencement.
