• Refunds Process (3 Steps):

    1. Contact Us: Reach out via support@19key.shop to initiate your refund request.
    2. Return the Item: Ship the unused item to the address provided after you contact us.
    3. Refund Processing: Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that refund processing times depend on your bank and usually take 5-10 working days.

    Returns Policy:

    • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

      • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
      • In the original packaging.
    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Important Notes:

    • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
    • Certain situations may result in partial refunds, such as:
      • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
      • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or do not include your order information inside the package will not be accepted.

    3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

    Damaged Product Guarantee:

    We pride ourselves on providing the best service for our customers. If you receive a damaged item, please send us pictures or a video of the item to support@19key.shop. We will forward the information to our Quality Control team and arrange for a reshipment of a new item as soon as we receive proof of the damaged product.

    Order Cancellation:

    • Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will incur a $15 administration fee, regardless of whether your order has shipped.
    • Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled under any circumstances, and you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

    Misdelivered Packages:

    Packages shipped to an incorrect address due to the information provided at checkout are not eligible for a refund. We may attempt to contact you if we believe the address you provided is incomplete or invalid; however, it is your responsibility to provide an accurate address to avoid complications.
